About Dr. Robyn Odegaard
Dr. Robyn Odegaard received her Master and Doctor of Applied Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Performance and Sport from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and having been a competitive athlete, she has created a blend of her academic and sports team expertise with her firm, Champion Performance Development.
Doc Robyn is also the founder of the Stop The Drama! campaign and the author of the book, Stop The Drama! The ultimate guide to female teams, where she uses executive coaching combined with sport psychology to show high school and college aged women how to use effective communication and productive conflict to eliminate gossip, backstabbing and catty behavior and achieve more from their potential.
